1. Eligibility

To join WeguGo as a merchant, you must:

  • Own or operate a legally registered business
  • Be authorized to represent your business
  • Provide accurate contact, location, and payment details

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your profile, menus, and pricing updated
  • Fulfill orders reliably and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with local food and hygiene laws
  • Handle customer payments and issues directly

3. Payments

  • WeguGo does not process or collect customer payments
  • Customers pay you directly via M-Pesa or cash
  • You are responsible for issuing receipts and managing disputes

4. Fees & Membership

We may offer free or premium merchant plans. Any fee changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • You may use your own delivery staff or offer customer pickup
  • WeguGo does not manage delivery logistics

6. Platform Use

You must not:

  • Upload illegal, misleading, or abusive content
  • Use another merchant’s identity
  • Spam or misuse customer data

7. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your account due to policy violations, failed delivery standards, or customer complaints.

8. Liability

WeguGo is not liable for:

  • Order fulfillment or delivery issues
  • Customer payment problems
  • Food safety breaches

9. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your logos and content. WeguGo may use your branding for platform promotion purposes.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated. Continued use of WeguGo means you accept the latest version.
