Help and Guidance for WeguGo Business Partners

Getting Started

  • How to Join: Complete the sign-up form at wegugo.com/contactus/ and our team will contact you for onboarding.
  • Listing Your Business: You can list your shop or restaurant for free. Add products, descriptions, and prices from your dashboard.
  • Setting Pickup or Delivery: Choose your preferred service method – pickup, delivery, or both.
  • Receiving Orders: Orders appear instantly in your dashboard, and you receive email or SMS notifications if enabled.

Order Management

  • Updating Order Status: Keep customers informed by marking orders as "Processing", "Ready", or "Out for Delivery".
  • Delivery Handling: You arrange your own delivery. Be sure to confirm payment method (e.g. M-PESA) with customers before dispatch.
  • Order Cancellations: Contact the customer directly. WeguGo does not intervene in transactions or cancellations.

Technical Support

  • Dashboard Access Issues: Check your login credentials or reset your password using the forgot password link.
  • Menu Not Updating: Clear your browser cache and ensure you've saved changes in the dashboard properly.
  • Site Not Loading: Try accessing from another browser or device. Contact us if the issue persists.
