For Customers

  • How to Order: Browse businesses on wegugo.com, select items, and proceed to checkout.
  • Payment: Pay merchants directly, usually via M-PESA or cash on delivery.
  • Pickup Option: Choose "Pickup" if enabled by the business.
  • Order Issues: Contact the merchant directly for order changes or cancellations.
  • Receipts: Issued directly by the business, not WeguGo.

For Merchants

  • Join WeguGo: Visit the Join Us page and submit your details.
  • Listing Fees: Currently free to register and list your business.
  • Payment Collection: You collect directly from customers (M-PESA, cash, etc).
  • Delivery: Use your own team or delivery method of choice.
  • Update Menu: Login to your merchant dashboard to edit listings.
  • Need Help? Use the Contact Us form for merchant support.

Technical Help

  • Login Issues: Reset your password or try a different browser.
  • Page Not Loading: Clear browser cache or check internet connection.
  • Bug Reports: Submit any errors through our support form.
