1. Overview

WeguGo is a platform that connects customers with local merchants who may offer delivery or pickup services. WeguGo does not operate a delivery fleet unless specifically stated for a promotion or in select areas.

2. Merchant-Managed Delivery

  • Merchants are responsible for arranging delivery of their own products.
  • This may involve in-house staff or third-party riders (e.g., boda boda).
  • Delivery time, fees, and availability are set by the merchant.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
  • Be available to receive the delivery at the estimated time.
  • Communicate directly with the merchant for any delivery changes.

4. Payment

  • Delivery fees are determined by the merchant and paid directly by the customer.
  • Payment may be made via M-Pesa, cash, or other methods offered by the merchant.
  • WeguGo does not handle or process delivery payments unless explicitly stated.

5. Pickup Orders

Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from the merchant location. Merchants will notify the customer when the order is ready for pickup.

6. Delays and Issues

While WeguGo encourages reliable service, we are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by merchants or riders. All delivery-related issues should be reported directly to the merchant listed in your order.

7. Refunds

Refunds for delivery fees or items must be handled by the merchant. WeguGo does not issue refunds on behalf of merchants.

8. Support

If a customer cannot resolve a delivery issue with a merchant, they may report the incident via the Contact Us page, and WeguGo may assist in mediation at its discretion.
